How would you describe your role within AEON?

I advise clients in many financial areas such as their pensions, investments, and protection needs. I take great pride in solving the problems that could potentially impact their financial welfare. It is my view that clients need a voice and someone in their corner to help them navigate the various financial pitfalls of life. My aim is to add value to people’s circumstances so they can get on with enjoying life.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have a BA(Hons) in Economics and Policy, MSc. In the Economics of Money, Banking & Finance & Diploma in Financial Planning.

What is the most valuable piece of advice you have been given?

“Don’t get caught up with what other people are doing. Being a contrarian isn’t the key but being a crowd follower isn’t either. You need to detach yourself emotionally.”

What interests do you have?

I am a self-professed cricket know-it-all and believe my Yorkshire and England call up are long overdue.  I enjoy spending family time with children and pooch

What is your favourite Holiday, Book, Board Game, Film, Sport and or sports team?

Holiday
Any holiday to Italy with family. One particular funny / chaotic trip to Rimini with my Grandparents and Cousins. Mustn’t forget to mention my honeymoon to Sorrento
